20171113 No update on CAP

Wind Profiler data stopped being received at both NOAA and TCEQ - 11/10/17 at around 5:50 pm

I am trying to find the cause and fix the issue.

20171019 System down

The system went offline.  When I got to the site the computer would  turn on but no video would come on.  After multiple attempts and a light tap if finally worked. 
Attempted to use old Beaumont computer but could not get it to connect to the internet in the limited time I had at the site.

20170908 La Porte Wind profiler

Site was turned back on the previous week.  The AC had some issues so instruments were not turned back on.  Steve tried to turn on computer but was not able to.
On Friday 9/8 I went to check on the issue.
At first I was not able to get computer to display video (I suspect that there is something loose maybe video card)
After several tries the video came on and I was able to establish internet connection.
System was left running and will monitor to see if it starts pushing to NOAA.
-Update: The computer date and time were wrong and I suspect that was why it was not pushing to NOAA.
