20180128 Wind profiler NOAA data

The data in the MADIS website looks like it had been updating every hour .  I believe this has something to the government shutdown (Dec. 22, 2018 to Jan 25, 2019) .  The last 3 hours it appears that things are back to normal.  I will wait for a day to make sure but if things are not back to normal I will contact MADIS.  White graphs  with missing data is MADIS.  Black graph is from local computer and the one display at the TCEQ public site.

20190108 Lidar computer offline

Lidar computer froze at around 5 am
Computer was restarted
Restarted Wind Profiler computer and restarted GraphXM (TCEQ site updated once again)
