20200506 WP Computer off , Lidar had error

Computer was turned back on by TCEQ after it was turned off on the 4/29.  The power was turned on for the Wind Profiler Power Supply.
Tried to reached out Steve to see if anything was done to UPS.  Was not able to reached him.
Power Supply  was turned back on to see if it will stay on but it does not appear the UPS issue was fixed.
Lidar showed and error since 5/4/20.  CL-View was restarted and problem was resolved.
